I've just bought a car from here and the service was excellent. The car started making a strange noise just as I was due to collect it, they phoned me and told me they wanted a mechanic to look at it before they sold it to me, did all the repairs and even let me borrow a car while I was waiting for it to be fixed. Really lovely people, totally trustworthy and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

I called test drove the car on a Saturday , needed it for Tuesday and they got everything sorted with a new MOT ,full valet and changed a light that needed changing.The service from Martin is top draw. He’s a down to earth honest man who really knows his cars.I personally love and know a lot about cars, so speaking to someone with genuine know is refreshing.Please note this is an old school garage, with only a couple of people who work there. Which makes it even more impressive that they were so fast at turning around the sale in great time!

bedmond was recommended to me by a few friends who had bought cars in the past from bedmond motor centre, I looked on the website as I needed a ulez car, I used the finance sliders on the site and found a few cars I could afford... I made a call to arrange a visit, was made welcome on my arrival, I spoke to Martin who helped me with evey question I asked... highly recommend to any one looking for a new car....really made this stressful task of finding a new car an exciting adventure, thank you bedmond motor center.

Just bought our second car from them and are so pleased. We went to multiple garages looking for cars and the customer service was zero. Not the case here, the guy took the time to sit and look at options with us and we found a car we never would have looked at but that ticked all our boxes. Genuinely great service.

The team and Nick we amazing !Where I was let down by two high end local dealerships in the understanding of my brief … these guys went beyond to deliver what I sought for !I was also amazed at the array of stock available and costs to cover a new car owner, from a small run a round to a high end family car !It’s great that a place like this exists locally and wish them well.Customer service was well exceeded !Thanks Guys.

I bought a ten y/o Fiesta from Martin back in March. Martin was welcoming, responsive and knowledgeable about his vehicles and kind to deal with. The purchase process was straightforward, cash is preferred but I could only pay with a card and that was fine. The advice on the warranty was thorough, upfront and appreciated. I got the updated log book quickly following purchase and all available paperwork was provided at point of purchase.The car had a service and a new MOT before I collected it, and it drove well. We did have a few teething issues within a few weeks of purchase, but this is not uncommon with a ten y/o car. Martin was amazingly helpful at dealing with this and arranged for a post-purchase fix of the issue. It was prompt and he gave me a loan car whilst it was being done. We since had a potential issue which again Martin looked at and got the garage to look at and found an easy solve for it without issue or cost. Really appreciate the patience and time taken to look this over post-purchase. Great after-sales support.Would buy another car from Martin, no hesitation.

I didn't get his name. But the sales man that has salt and pepper hair helped a lady in need of car help today. He was so kind. I put screen wash in the wrong place in my car and he went out of his way on his lunch break to help me.. very sweet. Thank you so much.. not many people left like this ..

My sincere thanks to the staff at Bedmond motor Centre, especially Mr Charles, the Valeting man. He was very helpful, and pleasant. He polished the exterior of my car to the original blemish free finish. He is an asset to this company. Well done Charles.

I bought my first car from bedmond motor Center approximately 5 months ago, they valeted the car for me and serviced it for me too. It’s been the perfect first car and have had no problems with it at all. I dealt with both Nick and Martin and they were both very nice and honest and gave me a really good deal. I’m really happy with the car and the service that I received and I can’t express enough how happy I am that I got my car though them. I would definitely recommend!
