As a middle aged woman embarking on being a bride, I can't thank Jill and the team at Hitched Bridal enough for providing me with such a positive experience of choosing my wedding dress. On entering the bridal shop for the first time, I was met with a friendly smile and helpful attitude from Jill. The entire process from the outset to a complete outfit was professional and personal. The seamstress Liz who altered my dress for me and made a garter and beautiful attachment to compliment the dress, demonstrated her professional skills resulting in what is a stunning wedding outfit that definitely brought tears to my husband's eyes when he saw me in it on our wedding day. I also had many compliments from my guests on how stunning I looked. I would highly recommend Hitched Bridal to future brides looking for a positive experience. What a lovely shop! Dawn made the whole experience of trying to find the right wedding dress feel really special and really personal. She is clearly so passionate about what she does and it shows. I'd highly recommend Chistlehurst Bridal and their beautiful dresses and lovely service to any bride to be.

Cannot recommend this bridal shop enough. As soon as you walk in, they make you feel very relaxed and welcome. During my first visit, I tried on a few dresses but unfortunately didn’t find the one. Dawn advised that they were due to receive more designs over the coming months and would let me know if something came in that matched the style I was after. A couple of months later, I still hadn’t found a dress but luckily I received an email from Dawn saying a dress had just arrived that she thought I should try on. It turned out to be perfect! The process was very smooth from start to finish. Everyone I met was really friendly and experienced. Thank you again Chislehurst Bridal!

I had the most magical visit to Chislehurst Bridal. After not being about to shop for dresses for a long time due to Covid, I booked a solid 3 days of shopping with Chislehurst being my first visit and it was everything I had been waiting for and more!Dawn is the most welcoming and warm lady and made me feel so special. She listened to what I thought I wanted and picked out some suggestions and helped me through my search.A really wide range of beautiful dresses (the website doesn't show this fully so don't rule the shop out based on this).It was my absolute favourite of all the dress shops I went to. No rush, helpful suggestions based on real experience and a welcoming and friendly face too. Wish I could do it all over again.Thank you Dawn x

I got my wedding dress from Chislehurst Bridal for my wedding in August this year and had the most amazing experience! Dawn was so kind and helpful and gave great advice and the shop has a great selection of beautiful dresses. Dawn helped me find the perfect dress and most beautiful veil. I found it on my first time trying dresses and she was more than happy for me to come back and try it again after I'd seen some other dresses. I felt so special and well looked after. Can't recommend Chislehurst Bridal enough! Thank you for the perfect dress and perfect experience.

Didn't buy a dress because they didn't have quite what I was looking for but the lady assisting us was kind and friendly and recommended other stores that may stock what I was looking for.

I just wanted to say a big thank you Dawn for all your help. From the minute I walked into your boutique, I knew I would find my dress! We wasn’t rushed and I could try on as many as I wished & thankfully you suggested trying on a dress that I knew was the one the minute I put it on!I enjoyed every moment that I came in for my alterations and Jo was so patient. I was never rushed and I felt so special. My dress had to be taken up enormously and I made quite a few changes to the look of the dress… nothing was ever too much for Jo, the seamstress. Jo also made my lace jacket which was just stunning!I had so many compliments on my dress and I will recommend you to every bride I know!

I visited the shop just before Christmas and I had the most amazing experience. It's a beautiful shop with so much choice and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, I didn't want the day to end! After describing what I liked, Dawn showed me several stunning dresses and I actually ended up choosing the first one she showed me. I can't wait to go back to the shop and wear it again.

This is a very delayed review (I got married in 2020) but I’ve been meaning to write it since I visited chislehurst bridal. I didn’t end up getting my dress from them, I just happened to find one I preferred in a different bridal shop, but of the 4 bridal shops I visited, I had the best experience here! The lady who helped me was so helpful and patient- I tried on a lot of dresses!! I had had a bad experience somewhere different, so I was nervous and feeling very anxious! But I needn’t have, they made me feel completely relaxed and I had a great experience!!

I would and will recommend this amazing Bridal shop to anyone I know! The dress selection was so expansive across 5 designers and more importantly the ladies were just soo soo lovely. Dawn looked after us on both our appointments as was just so calming and knowledgeable!! Bubbles and hugs everytime! They let you have your people with you, which for me was 4 people each time. I would definitely recommend a Sunday appointment for at least 2 hours! I was just so happy I found my dress with Dawn! :-)
