It’s open late, which is good, but that’s where the positives end.Masala Lounge served me half-cooked chicken in my pathia curry and thought it was acceptable to knock just £2 off the bill after I complained… Also they stare at you whilst you eat so be prepared for that.

Came here on the recommendation of a friend and absolutely LOVED everything. The food was great and the service from our waiter Ishaq was excellentWill be visiting again!

Just had our first and last home delivery, food arrived early and hot which was great and the ONLY reason for 2 stars.We both had biryani, lamb for me and chicken for my wife, the rice dish was ok but a little dry, the vegetable sauce smelled off (like rotten vegetables) when we opened the cartons and tasted burned.Sheesh kebab was rubbery and onions and tasted off.The keema naan... DisappointingHonestly the highlight of the meal was the poppadoms and mint sauce.Given the rave reviews I'd been given face to face, I was excited to try this venue as we'd been looking for a new Indian takeaway for a while, we're so disappointed ☹️

Really poor service. Ordered the stuffed mushroom which is outlined on the menu as a Vegetarian dish. When it arrived, it was filled with meat mince.When we asked the waiter about this, he was aware that the menu states this is a Vegetarian dish and that it was filled with meat. He said several other customers had complained about this and yet nothing had been done to change this on the menu or warn customers who order this.He offered no apology and was prepared to charge us full price until we asked that the charge for the stuffed mushroom be dropped. And even then, only a portion of the cost was removed from the bill.

First time i went there . I thought it will be nice restaurant but when i went there wasn't any staff there. I was waiting till two hours. Then they bring starter to us after waiting two hours. I ordered main course and then we wait another one hour for the main course it was my first and last visit there when the staff of the restaurant was so rude they they have no sense how to talk with customer.

Paid nearly £10 for a few pieces of diced chicken swimming in a bland curry sauce which tasted as though it had just come straight out of a jar and was barely warm a nann bread a few bits if onion with cucumber in a bag and a tiny round container of yogurt tasted awful could not eat it a waste of money would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy

Have been dining here for some time now and have yet to find a reason to complain, the service is always excellent and the food just as good
