Very polite and friendly. From the initial phone call to my car being ready was really quick. Sorted the air-con. Great service

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Wouldn’t even rate 1 star! Paid £66 to have air con refilled, I was told a pressure check was done before hand and all was fine! Told me the air con re-filled fine! Then not even two days later car was blowing hot air. Took car back to regent autos to be told nothing could be done!!! Offered to take a look at the car but would cost me £60+ per hour!! I have paid for a service which I have not received!!! Took my car elsewhere to be checked again for any leaks etc everything is fine had my gas refilled for only £30 and works a dream!! Only explanation for it not to work in the first place was my air con was not filled!!

Phoned Regent Autos because wife’s ford focus dash was lit up like a Xmas tree showing loads of faults , was booked in when I was available to drop off and after a diagnostic was informed by phone it was abs pump fault , was given a few choices but made mind up for new one from ford , was quite expensive but did not mind as car has been sorted now and I have a very happy wife , so happy days , a good garage and would highly recommend……..

Absolutely love these guys. They offer best advice for the vehicle and won't do unnecessary work. They take the time to get to know vehicle owners and if the car is already booked in but they have some unexpected free time will ring and offer earlier times. Very good prices and speedy service. Highly recommended

I have been few days ago at that garage for fixing front wheels noises and front wheel's was shaking ( other garage told me that) but they told me you dont have any problems on that car the noises comes from boot which has one bottle of water and makes that . Less than 1 star guys payd 72£ for check

Polite, professional, prompt, got me in really quick and seem genuinely willing to help keep your costs down, I.e. not do unnecessary works just to run up your bill or anything like that. Very good at explaining what's going with your vehicle when it's in for repairs and at talking you through your options and next steps. I don't know anything about cars and I still felt like I understood what was going on, why and that I wasn't being messed about.Will come back next time I need to.

Happily, a pleasant, hassle-free experience from the start.I entrusted my Ford Fiesta Ecoboost to Regent Autos to replace the engine timing wet belt.Replacing the engine timing wet belt is not a simple task. It is complex and labour intensive. So much so that many garages will not undertake such a job.The vehicle is used in my business as a driving school. Therefore, ensuring the work was undertaken swiftly but correctly to minimise downtime was important to me.Following my thorough research, I contacted Regent Autos and was met with polite, professional customer service. Despite my vehicle running like new and the engine work being a necessary preventative measure, I had my concerns as I had read many negative comments online about the design of this engine.To my relief, my concerns were quashed following the call. It was obvious that they knew what they were talking about, so I took their advice on not replacing certain components unnecessarily. I was quoted a total cost for the job. Therefore, I booked the car in for a date a few weeks later.Upon completion, I was happy to find that my car had been well looked after as it was as clean inside and out as the day I left it.Customer service and expertise at its finest. I will happily employ the services of Regent Autos in the future.
