Alan was superb throughout my experience with him . He was faced with a difficult situation as i found out i needed to attend court in 2 weeks whilst i was away on holiday. I had never heard or spoken to Alan before but after having 1 phone call and explaining the situation i was in, he dealt with everything else. He made me feel at complete ease for the rest of my holiday and i knew i was in good hands. He and his team worked very hard and was excellent at communicating with me throughout the whole experience.
