Super friendly and professional, happy to discuss the work and options before proceeding, no sttempts to get money out of me or push me towards anything. I provided them a resonator I had purchased from VIBRANT to fit into an already custom built exhaust which was a bit loud and droned slightly. They were willing to fit it where I proposed however they ended up suggesting a different location as it would fit better. The entire job was no more than a couple of hours and the quality of the work is spot on. Clean and tidy welds and it's all straight and level. Matt was sound and the gentleman who did the work was too, unfortunately I didn't catch a name. I'd highly recommend and I will likely be back in the future when I inevitability get bored of my exhaust tips or something. Very good pricing too. The system now sounds perfect, no drone, a nice volume and it's still got some nice burbles.

I had always lot of respect for this garage but recently I had to change my opinion. It's long to explain but definitively I won't recommend this garage, they ignore what you say and often they seem very annoyed if you try to be nice. They are not clear on the final invoice changing your final bill with no logic. Avoid..!!!

Fastfit by name and by nature, as a woman it’s very difficult to find a garage you can trust! Staff were very knowledgable fixed a very complicated issue that the main dealer couldn’t, and nearly 50% cheaper than the other quoted I got done in basingstoke.. thanks guys !

Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my car to this garage over a month ago for an oil leak was told to return in 2 weeks when parts etc where in 2 days in whilst I thought my car was being repaired i was called to say i had an oil leak and that they had to order parts which was already established 2 weeks prior to then be told it would be repaired the next day a week past with no communication i called and i was told still no parts they had forgotten to order them to be told to return on the Monday still no parts and no call as to when they would be in as nobody ever returns your calls . Absolutely useless a month past still not repaired i have massively inconvenienced .No organisation skills or communication to customers whatsoever , so now going else where ….What an absolute waste of time .

Fab service. Second time using, first time they came to the rescue changing a punctured tyre at my address a few months back. This time took the car in for two new tyres, asked when arriving if they have time would they mind checking/re-gassing my air con as it was shooting out hot air, was no bother what so ever and reasonably priced. All very welcoming and happy to help!

Came her after getting a puncture. They were able to source a tyre on the day so credit where credit is due as they were the only garage in Basingstoke that were able to. However after washing my car I have now noticed that they have scratched and ruined my rim which I will now have to get refurbished. Will not be coming here again. 2 stars as they were able to get me back on the road.
