Well Polished Chester

Awful service. Completely unreliable, cleaners very late, don’t turn up or change days. Customer service does not care at all. They are all about taking the money and not the service they provide. Would recommend staying well clear of this company!

I have been using well polished for few years now. Before I joined them , I used other agencies & I must say that well polished is the best agency ever. They are very professional who never let their clients down. I deal with Janine who is very friendly, always there to help you & very quick to understand client requirements. Some of the cleaners she sent over years like Carlie, Carrie were amazing. At the minute Sasha is coming to mine & I am really enjoying working with Sahsa as she is not only a very good cleaner but a very good person who is always smiling. Cleaners are thorough and reliable and fully insured. The office listens to your needs and if you are unhappy with your service they are fast and responsive to rectify it. Would definitely reccomend. They communicate well and always ensure the highest standards are met

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. I think the franchisee owner has a serious attitude problem and it is not fit to run such a service based role. Barely train their cleaners and send them to you without checking their standards/ability. I would avoid.

Did not provide the service I booked and paid for but asked for more money to cancel and threatened legal action. Didnt even ask why I wanted to cancel just straight in with the give us more money or we will take you to court" Franchisees just in it for the money with no regard for customer service."

The service I received from Well Polished was fab and our cleaner is consistently good. I am very pleased and will definitely recommend to my friends.
