I would highly recommend NI accident management.I had an accident 3 weeks back and was made aware of this company. Mark was extremely helpful, friendly and had a courtesy car ready for me 45 minutes later (which was a very high spec car). He had an engineer assess my car for pre accident value and the report was ready that same week.Mark also referred me to their solicitor who has been excellent.I was kept up to date every step of the way and they responded very quickly to any queries I had. They took all the stress out of having an accident.Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend NI Accident Management team. Mark was fantastic from first contacting him. It was a bank holiday weekend, and my owncar insurance, was unable to get me a hired car for 6 days, due to the Bank Holiday. Mark personally delivered me a car within a couple of hrs of contacting him, and had my damaged car taken away.I was kept updated regarding the damage to my vehicle.Helena was fantastic with answering any questions I had and couldn't do enough for me.Unfortunately my car was written off, but their team of solicitors was great, liaising with the other party's insurance to get my claim sorted as quickly as possible. First class service.Can't thank them enough.

Absolutely outstanding service, my car broke down and conviently it was right Infront of an NI Accident Management Flat Bed. The driver got out, helped me get my car onto the bed and moved it off the road for me and took it round the corner to a friend's house so it was at a secure location until I can get it fixed. Then when I offered to pay wouldn't take anything for it. Brilliant service if I need recovered I will definitely contact them First.

Can’t recommend them enough!Very easy to communicate with and very professional.Mark was able to sort me out a hide car the day after I got in contact with him after my crash. He was also able to sort me out a great engineers report on my vehicle which was wrote off.The he delivered was a very good car and was able to bring it right to my door, which is all the way down the Ards peninsula.If you are ever in an accident Mark and his team are definitely the ones to call !

Unfortunately my car was rear ended the night before leaving on Holidays. Got in touch with these guys and they took over the whole process making sure I went away on holiday knowing it was in safe hands. Just received my car back today and it is just as good as new.
