I would highly recommend this company. Darren was very professional fixed the problem very quickly at a reasonable cost. He also took the time to have a chat which was really nice. It's refreshing to be able to find someone who takes pride in their work, and it was obvious that customer service is very important to him. If any of my appliances need repairing in the future Darren will the person I will be calling.

I contacted Darren to get my oven fixed and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. I received a text message the night before his visit with a 2 hour time slot which was fantastic (I wish all tradesman did this). Darren came when he said he would, diagnosed the fault and 2 days later came and fitted the part. Excellent, will certainly use again and recommend to friends.

From the first call when I chatted with Darren about the problem I had confidence the issue with my dishwasher would be resolved. A date agreed and a window of 2 hours so you know when he will arrive. Darren has the technical knowledge of many machines and it was repaired successfully. I would highly recommend this local repair company.

Excellent service. Arrived within the timeslot agreed. Darren had given an estimate over the phone for repairs to the tumble dryer. Fault fixed quickly and was only half the estimated cost. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.
