I used Diamond Glass to provide a shower enclosure for our loft conversion and was very pleased with the result. The quality of the finish was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Had an awful experience with Maciej and Diamond Glass Ltd. Was organising a mirror panel to be repaired at my workplace. After approving and giving the go ahead for the quote I received from them, I received poor customer service and poor communication. Maciej went on holiday and didn't respond to me for 2 weeks. I have now only been told today after 7 weeks of waiting fror them to come out that they 'don't cover my area'. You think they could have checked this before quoting me and making me wait this long. Completely unprofessional.

Tried to get a quote from them .... i went to the shop was closed, tried calling them they didn't answer, i texted them they ignored the text. USELESS

Hired Diamond Glass to do a shower enclosure for a slightly awkward shape. They were responsive, quick and 1/3 cheaper than the original company I tried and had to fire after they asked to do a 3rd measure because they kept messing up their notes. The people are clearly experienced and understand what works and recommended a setup that used far less chrome hardware than the original firm wanted to use, so we ended up with a nicer-looking solution too. Paperwork was a bit 'loose', so don't expect detailed invoicing or flashy brochures, but you are in good hands.
