Came to see Jordan having suffered a shoulder impingement due to repetitive strain.What most impressed me about Jordan was his care for detail and thoroughness.Before conducting any work, he sat me down to discuss my typical habits and understand the injury ahead of any treatment. Once this was established he presented me with a treatment plan and a rough ETA on when to expect the injury to subside; caveating that I would also need to carry out the regular stretches he had assigned me to do outside of the treatments.I’m now 4 sessions in and have seen a notable difference in my shoulder, allowing for me to carry out day to day activities without inhibition, as well as weight training.5 star service!
