Great service, good prices. Jade (Manager) was more than helpful in helping us choose our locker and hiring us the a van.Everything was very clean, dry and neat and would highly recommend if you need short or long term storage or van hire. Helped us no end through our move!

After shopping around several years ago, I chose Storage Factory to store my things and it has worked out really well for me. From my first phone call to finally giving notice, Jade offered me good advice, making sure I chose the right size unit in the first place, to downsizing a few years later, and recently in making the final check-out super easy. The facility is beyond clean and access is 24-7. And it has been good to support a more independent business rather than a big national chain.

Stored our daughters stuff after leaving university. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The facilities are excellent and very secure. And i have to say that the prices are very reasonable. We even got a refund for vacating earlier than we had paid for. Highly recommend this company.

The team were so lovely! We had a last minute move and after struggling with other storage providers, Storage Factory really came through for us!It was really clean, easy to access 24/7 and was one of the only local storage facilities I could find offering a minimum of a week storage (rather than a month).We ended up renting a van from them too which was a great deal - £65 for 24 hours with optional additional insurance options which were only a couple of quid extra (unlike the £40+ we've been charged from other van rental companies).I will always recommend for anyone looking for long or short term storage!

Storage spaces are a good size very safe and secure and all main doors password protected and every individual granted a key to their space. Nice size trolleys to help move stuff about weather loading or unloading.

The service is amazing. Jade & team have been great from the start. The units are clean & look brand new. The security systems are easy to use but feel very secure. I feel my belongings will be safe & clean until i collect them. I know if i do have any concerns, Jade & her team will sort them smoothly. Highly recommended.

Just rented a unit at the Storage Factory and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. By far and away the best storage place I've been to. The set up is easy to use and everything appears well maintained. Would definitely recommend. It's also very close to the centre of Salisbury, which is a bonus.

Outstanding and very efficient customer service from Jade and her team at the Storage Factory. The facilities are modern, clean, well maintained and with 24 hour access, you can visit / check contents / add or withdraw contents whenever you wish! All round excellent facility with friendly and efficient staff.

Lovely, professional staff delivering an excellent service at reasonable cost. Explained information to me clearly. I lost a set of keys in the van and the Manager rang to confirm if they were mine, then very kindly posted them on to me in Devon, at their cost. I couldn’t ask for more, if only more companies followed their example.
