After 3 yrs of back problems and numerous visits to a chiropractors I actually went to see Martin about pains that had developed in my arms and shoulders. I could barely do the breast stroke they were that bad. Martins approach to treat me as a whole and not just my symptoms amazed me. Between my 1st and 2nd session the exercises I was given managed to cure my back and feel like it was back to factory settings'. I could not believe how quick this happened! I have spondylolisthesis, although you wouldn’t think so thanks to Martin. I started seeing him in May 2017 and for a year now have been symptom free, in fact I have to remind myself that once upon a time I used to have a back problem! Over a period of 20 years I’d regularly seen countless osteopaths, chiro’s, physio’s etc all without a lasting result, during my first session with Martin, I already felt a difference. I work as a housekeeper and gardener in a busy retreat centre in the Pyrenees in France, both roles of which are very physically demanding. I’m a keen hiker and like to take any opportunity I can to explore the surrounding mountains and my daily work is sandwiched between a long morning and evening walk with our dog : ) so I'm pretty active. Living in France has made it impossible for me to have regular appointments with Martin which has only shown even more clearly the effectiveness and potency of the way he works and the results it brings. I cannot recommend him enough.

At first, I was apprehensive towards Martin’s approach to physiotherapy, however everything he did created a difference in my body, whether it be putting some glasses on to cranial repositioning, results were clear. After 4 months of conventional physio I had seen very little improvements yet after 4 weeks with Martin I’m back to my running in a good way!!
