Lovely hotel. Friendly staff with the exception of some of the bar staff. Rooms clean and comfy. Location perfect 10 walk into main town, but walk along the front it's lovely, with lots of place of interest and eating places

Could do with air-conditioning, but not a necessity and still comfortable.Great breakfast and room service was very quick compared to a lot of local hotels I have stayed at.Staff allways make the difference and here they do. Polite, friendly and make your stay personal.

Had to stay over on the John Wick allusion. Don't know if they changed the name on the back of being a triangular building but well done if they did.Room small adequate and clean. Fan of some kind outside the window and smell of cooking a bit intrusive but otherwise fine.

Stayed for 3 nights and left with mixed feelings.The room was very very small and quite basic, very little space to unpack clothing etc, fairly cold overnight, and dated in decor albeit fairly clean.Breakfast in terms of food was very good, but the service at breakfast was mixed, servers sometimes taking a while to take orders, or clearing up unfinished food while you go to get another cold drink.Reception staff were friendly.To note, having stayed in other places in Plymouth, I would still recommend here over others, but don't have unrealistic expectations.

First time we have stayed here.When booking they tell you there is limited parking, but there are a number of parking spaces, probably not enough if every room was taken and everyone had a car.When booking be aware while they have a lift, the size and layout of the building may still require you to go up or down stairs. If you want to ensure your accessibility put it in as a request.The room was good size, the let down was just a double bed, no queen or king size, and no fridge there either.Good size bathroom with good shower over a bath, which is unusual.We made use of the pool, which is small, maybe 10m square, the sauna and steam room were both available the first day only, before they closed the sauna for refurbishment.Breakfast is available where you can have a mix of cooked or not, it was freshly cooked to order.We enjoyed our short stay and would go back again

Beautiful hotel. Good food and a well stocked bar. Lovely staff who were all polite and friendly.

My two-night stay at The New Continental Hotel in Plymouth was decent. The room was clean, but the absence of air conditioning was noticeable; fortunately, they provided a fan. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I'd consider staying there again.

Stayed here while attending a work event on a Friday night. Room clean, reception staff friendly and helpful, large car park and very good value compared to other hotels in the area

I had a really good stay here , the staff are welcoming and incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble , every request was met with a warm smile.Nice choice for breakfast and great value for what you get .Nice pool , Gym and Sauna to ...Just booked another say this time I'm taking my family back with me.

I visited for a business event in the Ballroom. The room was well set up with tasteful, seasonal decor. The facilities were clean and well presented with plenty of water, tea, coffee and pastries. The staff were helpful and polite.
