Under new ownership, & the food is amazing. One of the best takeaways I've had in a very long time.Large portions, with fresh flavours. Really tasty, with high quality ingredients.

Tried this after hearing it had changed owners from being Kings Garden. Fast delivery, plenty of food and all perfect! The salt and pepper box is amazing!Would definitely recommend to anyone and it's our new go to chinese takeaway now

Food is lovely but so disappointed with the salt and pepper chips. Usually are spot on and a big portion but tonight came in a little container and nothing like salt and pepper chips. Just chips with some minging powder on them hence they went in the bin!!! If a different chef get him up to date how to do salt and pepper chips. Put me of ordering again

This place is a joke. I ordered food in advance to pick up at 7pm as it's round the corner from my mum's and was visiting. I arrived at 7pm and the food was not ready, they clearly hadn't bothered to prepare the order. I waited over 20 minutes for the food to be cooked. It was cash only and as I live in Scotland and driven down that day I was paying with Scottish bank notes. Despite being UK currency Sterling that refused to accept it. COMPLETE DISGRACE!

Food was absolutely amazing. I'm really fussy with my salt and pepper chips, I hate it when they are just covered in 5 spice but these were not they were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle with plenty or chilli, onions and garlic outside of them. They were definitely fresh too which is lovely.

First time ordering from Rainbow and won't be the last, lovely friendly lady taking the phone order, having our meal delivered exactly in the time slot agreed , piping hot, very tasty and great value for money, Thankyou to all at Rainbow Chinese Takeaway , looking forward to ordering again soon .

Wow!!! The food is amazing, huge portions. The Lady on the phone was lovely and happy to recommend certain dishes. The delivery driver was lovely and the food was piping hot on arrival! Defo our new go too chinese.

I ordered the munchies box and it blew my mind! The best chinese I have tried in Wakefield by far! we ordered food to be delivered for 7pm, at 7.30 it still hadn't arrived so contacted them to be told 8pm latest, it eventually came at 8.15. The driver gave us one excuse but the shop gave us a totally different excuse. We have come here weekly but will not return again. The food wasn't as good tonight either
