Dr Tran and his support colleagues provided a most efficient service. Dr Tran was truly professional from the outset and he explained all aspects of the consultation(s) very clearly and concisely.He followed up each consultation with a personal telephone call, this I found most reassuring, he clearly has an interest in his patients recovery.Written correspondence was fast and testing was organised in a short time at a convenient location.Dr Tran and his workplace is most welcoming. He has made himself available should I have any future queries.A true professional.

From my first visit with Dr Tran I have been listened to, treated very politely and cared for. I feel he has a wealth of knowledge and experience with rheumatoid arthritis and yet doesn't dismiss my concerns. He's also happy to phone me personally to see how I am. With the added help of the nurses I am now feeling better than I have in a long time and optimistic about my future.I paid privately to see Dr Tran, saw him within a couple of weeks and it was the best decision I could have made. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with RA.

Being under Dr Tran’s care has been truly fantastic. His desire to get the bottom of the troubles I have been having have led to a potential diagnosis that I’m sure would have taken others a lot longer. He’s approached a complicated situation with care and understanding, as well as constantly checking in to make sure I’m okay. As my desired outcomes and life circumstances have changed, he has changed my treatment protocol for what suits me best going forward. You’ll be in great hands with Dr Tran.

Dr Tran is a very understanding, approachable and caring man. He has been very thorough from my very first consultation. After presenting not seemingly straight forward symptoms he has done his upmost to get to the bottom of my issues and has always explained in an understandable language how we can move forward to hopefully a more comfortable pain-free future. I have been reassured by Dr Tans knowledge and compassion and have found him very supportive and appreciate the follow up calls to see how I am doing. I would highly recommend Dr Tran.

I cannot recommend Dr Tran enough! From the very first appointment he has been very thorough with tests and consultations! I always have a follow up in a timely manner. The clinic letters are very detailed and he ensures the next steps are agreed so I always know 'what next'. The patient care received is second to none! Truly a first class consultant.

I saw Doctor Tran and I found him to be very patient and understanding and he has put a clear plan in place to support me with my gout. He also took the time to follow up with me after my consultation to see if I had made any improvement, which I have, thanks to his suggestion for treatment. I thought this was above and beyond what I would have expected and I am hopeful and confident that my quality of life will be improved thanks to the plan that Dr Tran has made for me.

Dr Tran is excellent. He takes a real interest in his patient and seems to genuinely want to help people. He’s made a big difference to my pain levels and is the first person to achieve a breakthrough after seeing multiple doctors, consultants, physios prior to him. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

Dr Tran has gone above and beyond to help me to pursue an answer to my medical challenges. He has shown genuine interest in my ailments, looked into various paths that could be causing my problems and opened doors for me that we're previously locked. He's also been generous with his time and efforts in keeping me in the loop on my status within the referral process. I found him to be very personable, helpful and professional on all my contacts with him. I would absolutely recommend him as a consultant and physician.
