Mark is brilliant. Excellent communication throughout, very flexible to accommodate timings and arrangements. Proactively got in touch to explain and work out changes to appointments. Excellent work and thought throughout, chose the most suitable options as if it were his own home, including aesthetics. Did all the little extras without even asking, like sweeping up and filling in holes, very considerate and patient. Security alarm he has installed is fit for purpose and he took the time to explain it well, test it, and answer all questions. Considering everything he put towards this, very good value for money. You won't go wrong with Mark. Thanks Mark! (I have to say, even the alarm panel is better looking than all the others in my street!)

Can't fault Mark's work, professionalism and reliability. Did a two day job. Turned up when he agreed and just got on with the job. Was excellent and very helpful with any questions and issues we experienced with setting up on devices etc. Can't recommend Mark enough. Highly recommended.
