Just moved into my new home and found the whole hot water tank system quite confusing. George was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient with me. He fixed the timer on the hot water tank and explained how the system worked. Really great service, plan on using them again for my annual service.

Really amazing experience. Needed to replace my old boiler and tanks with a new combi system and these guys did such a great job.I got around 5 quotes altogether and Forte Heating were hands down the best option - they didn't add lots of unnecessary extras and they had the best attitude. They were super respectful, explained everything well, gave good suggestions, and put us at ease.The guys that came to fit the boiler were also great, very tidy, explained how everything worked, and did an amazing job!Can't fault them one bit!

George, a very pleasant young man, called at the appointed time, to carry out a service on our Gas Boiler. He worked quietly & efficiently, until the Service was complete. He answered any queries and gave good advice ~ I found him to be very knowledgeable. Amazing service, and really pleased with the result. George was professional, efficient and managed to resolve all issues on the same day we contacted the company. Laura was really helpful and squeezed us into an unexpected gap so we would have heating in the house. Would definitely recommend and use again.

A relatively complicated installation: moving the boiler from the kitchen to the airing cupboard with associated new gas flow through two bedrooms and condensate drain into the bathroom. They also had to install a new flue onto a difficult-to-access slate roof.The team - George and Josh - were hardworking, completing the task in about two and half days. George even sorted out the incorrect pipework in the existing CH system. The radiators now are hotter than they have been and, as a consequence, the house warmer.Forte heating provided a great service and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Our heating stopped working and came up with the fault code CON which meant we needed a new part fitting. We firstly had a lovely man called Sean come out who checked it was definatly what we suspected it was and also fixed a small leak we had no clue about and then a couple of days later when the part arrived a nice man called George came out to fit the new part. They were both very knowledgable and polite and we now have heating so are very happy customers. Will be going back to them in the future for our yearly service.

Another great experience from Forte Heating. Hot water valve replaced by George all done in in a good time scale neat and tidy. Have used Forte for many years Mike and his team are always my number one call for all things heating and plumbing. All my family now use them very trustworthy and all round nice guy's.
