Love Mohammed’s honest, hardworking and helpful attitude. This is the second time we’ve used City Gas and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again and would recommend them to anyone. Work on our gas pipes and hob was done quickly and neatly at a very reasonable price.

I first spoke with City Gas on the 16th of June. Mohammed agreed to visit on Monday the 19th and arrived on time, as arranged. I needed to have some central heating pipes capped off and this work was carried out quickly, without fuss or mess and my home remained as clean and tidy as it was previously. Mohammed was friendly and professional and I will be happy to have him work in my house in the future.Many thanks

We used City Gas for a commercial catering gas installation for our restaurant refit in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The installer was done on time. Very honest commercial catering installation service. Will be using City Gas for our other branches in Northumberland, Durham and Teesside.

Report received instantly after inspection as well as an initial follow up call to ensure everything was understood. Couldn't fault the service.

Professional, absolutely lovely and super efficient. Mohammed is so knowledgable, and managed to identify why our boiler was leaking intermittently in about 5 minutes. He sourced and replaced the part within a few days, and worked around my busy work schedule too which I really appreciated. He explained everything he was doing clearly, and left the area where he’d been working absolutely spotless. I don’t think you could ask for a more reliable person. We’ll definitely be relying on him again in the future!

Fast, efficient and very thorough boiler service today from Mohammed and his apprentice. Both very polite and hard working. Mohammed took time to bleed the radiators and explain how we can better look after the radiators (lots of air trapped - whoops!)It was so easy to book on the website for a suitable date, really user friendly and £70 for a full service is really reasonable. Glad that Mohammed’s system will give us a reminder for servicing next year - will definitely be using citygas again. Absolutely recommend!
