10 month after a un insured driver hit me and made off my solicitor sent my case to MIB who have taken over my case. 5 month down the line with MIB I am still no closer to getting this sorted. They just keep requesting more and more info what was already with my case files from the solicitor but these still need to re apply for the same info.

MIB just paid out for my car that was hit by an uninsured drunk driver, the staff at MIB could not have been more helpful & professional during a stressful time. It took a long while to get money through because of COVID, but if I could give 10/10 I would well done all involved at MIB

Never once have I used MIB but on the same day my current car insurance broker emails to remind me my insurance is due in 4 weeks time they have called me continuously even after saying to them not to phone me when I answer. Not impressed at all, will steer clear of MIB for the rest of my life due to this awful first impression.

I was able to claim back my all the excess amount through MIB. They dealt with my case really well and in the easy possible way. MIB email me to let me know that our time period is 3 months to sort any case. Every thing closed in the country, but still they sorted my case in around 3 months and sent me the check. Really good service of MIB really appreciate it .Thanks a lot MIB

To start with I would love to be able to give a zero star review! I work at a Solicitors firm dealing with RTA cases, some of which are unfortunately MIB cases. This has to be the worst run company known to humanity. The way the whole company is run from management down to employees is beyond shambolic, an utter disgrace. Understaffed to the extreme and employee training has to be nonexistent. A useless, pathetic, embarrassment of a company. If you are lucky enough for your claim to be successful, be ready to sit and wait for your claim to settle within 2-3 years of the accident itself! Pain in the A***!

Because I had comprehensive insurance, the MIB would not take the case after I was hit by an uninsured driver, meaning all I could do was claim off my insurance and lose my no claims bonus, apparently if I was 3rd Party only insurance they'd of taken the case, absolute joke and a huge loop hole in justice for victims of uninsured drivers.

Bombarded with constant phone calls from Bristol Liverpool and Manchester asking for accident details soon after I put my car on sale on Gumtree!Why ask for specifics when they are supposed to have these details already???? Spoke to ibrahim more than once. These guys don’t know what they are doing and constantly bug you!! Anyone who gets calls from them please block all their numbers they try calling you from!!! They constantly got my name wrong and also ask for NI numbers! Which insurer asks for those details???? Absolute shambles and scum! Stay clear! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Complete waste of time. Tried to claim for an untraced driver as someone knocked my wing mirror off and drove off, only to get rejected because I had to trace the driver to be able to claim. What's the point of having an untraced driver process if you have to trace the driver anyway?

I was hit by a motorbike on a pedestrian only walkway, breaking my right fibula, followed by an assault and attack on my person by the drivers of the motorbike.Without the MIB, I would not have had access to the CBT therapist they so kindly instructed to help with my PTSD, nor would I have had a sum as compensation for the events that so unfortunately transpired.I have full reason to believe the MIB acts in full reasonableness in its dealings.I am doubtful as to the accuracy and legitimacy of other reviews posted here on Google. Many seem to be mistaken reviews posted regarding scammers posing as the MIB.Mr Aron Millard was exceptionally reasonable, patient in describing the processes, and diligent with timing in his dealing with the matter in relation to my claim.Thank you

Firstly I hold for 1 hour 10m call drops. I call back again this time waiting 15m I explain again reason for my call in a lot of detail. First the female advisor says let me speak to someone. She then says submit a claim online. I say it's easier for me to speak to someone via phone due to a vast amount of chronic medical conditions. And mentioned the reasonable adjustment " she then hangs the phone up on me! Now been on hold again for over 30m and still waiting.Absolutely disgusting!"
