Ordered from them in 23rd November with a 5-7 day delivery time stated in the website. It is now 9th December and they have not once updated us in progress, just say they are busy and that we are in a long queue. Was informed last week that the order should be with us by the end of this week but just called to confirm and was told it’s nowhere near ready.Nothing they can do apart from cancel the order if we wish - not good!Shouldn’t be taking orders if they can’t fulfil them as this has cost my small business hundreds of ponds now!Update - finally arrived on 12th December at least!
