From the moment I walked I was greeted with so much kindness and hospitality. This is something I have wanted to do for so long, but have always been too nervous. That first meet I had with Tom behind reception put me at ease and I knew I was going to start my BJJ journey here.Since then I became a member and everyone I have interacted with have been awesome. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn BJJ.

I came to train with the Draig pro team for a week and loved every minute. Having visited a lot of gyms both home and abroad, I can confidently say the level of Jiu Jitsu is up there with the best. The room is full of focussed, skilled and helpful training partners. Couldn’t ask for a better place to improve.

Had my first lesson with C.R.A and all I can say is, wow! A wonderfully comfortable atmosphere where nobody looks down on you for being a novice. The instructor was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Will defiantly be signing up and doing as much training as I can. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to start or even if you've been training for years, they cater to all needs

For those looking to learn jujitsu then you have the opportunity to learn from some of the best, including the UK's number one Bjj grappler, Ashley Williams. Whilst the gym area has a good selection of cardio equipment as well as free weights. In addition there is comfy cafe area should you just be looking to relax and great coffee to boot. Catering for all ages, the gym has a relaxed and friendly feel, with staff being very friendly and helpful. The place to go to learn a new sporting discipline, exercise or just relax with a great cup of coffee.
