Disgraceful attitude and behaviour from male member of staff today. Spoke a 3yr old rudely , then to my partner the same way. All because my granddaughter touched a purseSerious customer service training needed. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

Happened a while ago but was shouted at by a male employee because my friend used the doormat when they walked in, tried to explain the situation but was met with swearing and more shouting about how their shoe left a mark. Terrible customer service
