DPD is ruining my business and affecting my health. It is a twice weekly stressful occurrence calling DPD to try and get my parcels delivered. I have wasted hours of my life trying to get this problem resolved. Rubbish company with a messed up system and useless drivers. Customer service are generally good but if they are taking a job with DPD they really need to understand how to deal with angry customers.

Still not ringing doorbell , despite a sign clearly on door , leaning over gate and not opening .Parcel thrown over back gate , breaking contents , and still today , even after complaining , leaving in passage at backgate .No longer sending message of what day delivering or time slot on last 3 occasions .Getting worse than Hermes , which is saying something ...Delivering in Gainsborough has got terrible .

Lincoln Driver delivered packages to incorrect address, despite property photos and What3words location on their system. After raising issue with DPD they assured me that driver would return to sort same day. This never happened and I still have not received any packages and no follow up from DPD...very poor customer service

DPD used to be one of the few delivery services I trusted to deliver a parcel and do so efficiently and with some level of care.However my parcel is now a week late and has no sign of getting here any time soon. Because if this I’m now stuck in a contract I can’t use because they have my parcel, when I first called they said would be here by Friday which I accepted. Friday has rolled around and now it’s Been pushed further back. You’re costing me money now and won’t be using your services again any time soon.

Tried to chase up parcel delivery when it came up on app the ‘driver was unable to locate property’.Almost impossible to speak to right person, if lucky you get customer support advisor who cannot help you at all. They said ‘I’ve contacted the depot and they will deal with it’.I asked if anyone would get back to me but no response, needless to say no contact and No delivery. The item I was waiting for was a computer component which prevented me from working (at home) so desperately needed it next day which didn’t happen.My details were on the app with location and photo and I get deliveries very regularly from DPD and the drivers have no issues whatsoever.I feel some drivers just put this down as an excuse to shorten there days deliveries and get an early finish. It’s not good enough.

Decent enough courier service. Just need to up their game with the way they handle peoples parcels, less throwing and more placing would be good.

Paid for delivery 10/8/23...driver takes it to the wrong address. No attempts to re deliver . Next day delivery between 12-6 11/8/23..no contact made from DPD. I phoned at 16.40 put on hold...Then get cut off .only to receive an automated message saying they will deliver tomorrow .item was not on the van ..no apology..terrible customer service..

DPD used to be great! Now they're among one of the worst delivery companies in my area.Over the last few months, ~90% of my parcels haven't been delivered within the 1-hour time slot, with around half of them not even delivered on the scheduled day!I ordered two items on next-day delivery and paid extra for them, to be greeted with a Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area" message this morning. So if you're debating paying extra to get something delivered urgently or on a specific day

Parcel stuck in depot and no any interest to load on the van and get delivered. Called them few times but been totally ignored and calls disconnected after few minutes while waiting for updates. Save your time and keep far from that company. They don’t care at all. Totally devastated courier company

We've had a hot and cold relationship with DPD over the years. When they have an experienced, regular driver on the route they can be pretty good- though this is down to the individual.I am writing this review due to an experience I had yesterday. AM parcel, we get an email to state will be with us between 11-12. Shortly after 12 we get a notice to say it's delayed. No problem I think, these things happen. Then very soon after, we get a message to say the driver 'missed us' and left a calling card. They had done neither, seeing as we are a business address open all day. Driver hadn't been anywhere near us. The system said our parcel would be delivered the next day.I wasn't happy with this and called. After the lady on the phone looked up my parcel I was now told the address details were not on the parcel. I asked if this is the case how come you send us emails with the full delivery address stated. She just doubled down on what I now know was a lie, and blamed the sender for an incomplete address. The same company that send us parcels every day of the week, with the same address they always use.Parcel arrived the following day, 24 hours after it should have. The address label (dated the day of despatch) clearly showed our delivery address.I imagine the driver had got behind and decided to skip us. And then to add insult to injury, support staff lie to cover for them. Shame on you, DPD.Also, as a firm using some electric vehicles and touting themselves as green, we can get 4 different parcels from DPD on the same day in 4 different vans. Common sense would suggest they should all come on the same van?
