We attended my cousin and his now wife's wedding on the 24th November 2023.The moment we arrived at The Tawny and Foxtail Barns wedding venue, we knew we had stumbled upon a hidden gem that exceeded all expectations. From the picturesque lakeside view from the restaurant to the stunning beauty of the wedding venue itself, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary.The breathtaking view, as we stood at the restaurant overlooking the lakes, left us in awe. It served as the perfect prelude to what was to come—a day filled with wonder, romance, and cherished memories. The serene atmosphere provided a sense of tranquility that set the stage for an unforgettable wedding celebration.The wedding venue itself was truly a sight to behold. Both us and our guests were extremely grateful for how amazing you made the day and your attention to detail, along with assisting with our latecomer from Cornwall! I’m recommended at all 4 of the venues within this group and this is by far my favourite to shoot at. Obviously it’s the newest so I’m a little more excited by that but also I just find more natural opportunities here due to the design and space. I’ve got so many more weddings booked in for here next year and just can’t wait to shoot them!

This venue is STUNNING! I captured a wedding at Foxtail Barns last year and fell in love with the place! The ceremony room is just gorgeous with all the natural light which makes for perfect photos! I would 100% recommend this venue, the team were great and the surrounding grounds give you endless photo opportunities!

Absolutely lovely venue and staff really are extremely polite and helpful.Although it rained the entire day the staff were were really helpful and accommodating with photos.I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding.

It's difficult to put our gratitude and appreciation to the whole Foxtail Barns team into one review. We booked our date in July 2020 (prior to the venue being completed). Upon arrival, it was still a building site with nearly a whole years' worth of work left to complete, we felt so reassured with the team and their plans, and we're so glad that we took the plunge as we knew it was the venue for us. From the get-go, the team were so friendly and supportive - which I definitely needed as a bride going trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic. Their communication throughout was genuinely faultless, and nothing was too much trouble.When we finally got to view the completed venue in July 2021, we were absolutely stunned with the quality of work and how beautiful it looked.Fast forward to our wedding day, and we can honestly say, it was a total knock-out. Hannah was our Events Manager and she absolutely nailed it. Everything ran so smoothly, and it surpassed every expectation we had for our wedding day - even the weather was perfect. The grounds were absolutely stunning, and our Photographer (The Kensington Photographer) has captured some beautiful shots in the sunshine.The team worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure that the execution was spot on, and we’re so grateful. The food that Jenkinson’s provided was amazing, and we received so many compliments about the quality of our food from our guest - some even saying it’s the “best wedding food” they’d ever had. We cannot recommend Foxtail Barns and the team enough, and we’d make exactly the same decisions if we were to do it all over again. Thank you all so much, and we’re very hopeful to attend Foxtail Barns as a guest for another wedding soon!

Boutique wedding venue in countryside location close to Leek, Staffs.Beautifully presented, upscale, barn type venue in the parklands of a grand house.Attended a wedding here - the lucky couple had waited more than a year to marry here, such is the demand - but we'll worth it.Excellence delivered in terms of reception, staff, grounds, food and bar service. Food exceptional at the wedding and next morning for breakfast, which is served in a contemporary building that features superlative views over the parkland lakes and follies.Woodland lodges are compact to say the least with a double bed pushed against a wall, that could be difficult to access for the less mobile. That said , it's a one night stay for most people and had to be balanced against the convenience of staying onsite after the wedding.Overall, exceptional and memorable.
