Rhythm & Dreams Dancing Centre

This is the only hobby my daughter has ever stuck at. She’s been coming here for over 7 years and really enjoys it. The quality of the dancing here is exceptional and the atmosphere is very welcoming, like one big family! I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

A beautiful place to dance with supportive and patient teachers. They make learning to dance a joyful experience without pressure. The way that they have taught my Brother (that has Downs Syndrome) to Ballroom dance is just incredible.

Rhythm and Dreams is a lovely dance studio with a spacious floor, comfortable lounge and dressing room, decent sized car park and glitterball! It is tastefully decorated, always clean and tidy, with a wide variety of snacks and drinks for sale. They have classes for all ages and abilities and cover a wide variety of dance styles. I have been dancing at the studio for 15 years and have had the opportunity to take regular medal tests. I attend a private lesson every week with Vicki and would highly recommend the studio.

I have attended this dance school for over 10 years and have loved every minute of it. There are lessons aimed for all abilities and ages, with plenty of styles of dance to choose from. Vicki is able to train you up for competitions, exams, performances, wedding dances and much more. I have made many friends for life, who I have the dance school to thank, whilst also learning to dance and train professionally. 5 stars isn't enough.

Solo's Latin & Ballroom class on a Friday evening 7.30pm (no partner needed) Teacher's are so patient and the people that go are so friendly. It's such a lovely class. Get your dancing shoes at the ready !

Vicki and her team are incredible. After moving from another dance school in Hull I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I walked through the door. All the dance classes are fun, enjoyable and the routines we learn are of the highest standard. Myself and my partner have a personal lesson with Vicki and we have learnt more in the last few months with her than anywhere we have been before. An outstanding dance school that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Rhythm and Dreams dancing centre when my daughter first joined she was extremely shy and scared to dance in front of everyone all the teachers are amazing they all helped her get over her fear she is like another child now. She now attends the Star dance class on a Saturday as well as private lessons. My daughter says it is now a home from home as it is one big family. Thank you Vicki , Toni and everyone else who has helped her get over her fear and become the dancer she is today.

I started dancing with The Hull University Ballroom & Latin Dancing Society, when Vicki was training them, back in the days when she was holding classes and lessons in the RBL hall in Hessle, going back some 17 years or so...As a builder, it was somthing that I'd never though of doing, but a friend encouraged me to start dancing, and I never looked back.It's such good fun, a great way of keeping fit, and I've met loads of lovley people through my dancing too, providing me with an even better sociial life than I had before.Vicki is an excellent teacher, and now that the school has moved to the new studio, with possibly the best quality dance floor in the city, I'm proud to still be a pupil.The new venue is fantastically refurbished to an excellent standard for dancing, clean, tidy, well ventillated, and with well organised classes for all abilities and ages; I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new.

Friday night is Latin in line dancing, such a great place to learn to dance, make new friends and have fun dancing. We'll worth giving it a try :-)

I began dancing at Rhythm and Dreams Dancing Centre almost four years ago after a long break from dancing, and my two children followed shortly afterwards. All of the classes are fantastic and my children are starting to develop preferences for their own style, although they are still very exited about all of the dancing they do. We all enjoy the classes, shows and competitions we now have the opportunity to take part in and I have watched my children grow in confidence and ability.
