Firs time customer, strimmer stopped working and the chap sorted it out on the spot, providing excellent customer service at a very low price. Absolutely chuffed to bits, will definitely use again going forward for any garden machinery

Took my lawn mower in due to it not running properly when warm what can I say the service I received was spot on Lee went above and beyond to not only get it running properly but better than it was originally before the problem….top Bloke very very reasonable prices can’t fault the service I’ve received won’t be going anywhere else from now on if you have a problem with your mower etc these are the guys you want to go to

Absolutely brilliant service, had my Allett cartridge sharpened. Now cuts better than new. Customer service was very good and polite. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of horticultural machinery. Prices are very good, service excellent.

Very helpful! Took time to explain the problem with our manual mower and did not charge for loosening a bolt on another mower. Hence why today I’ve made a donation to Rainbows Hospice.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Took my lawnmower and blower in for service, told it would take 2 weeks due to workload and time of year. Lee really was snowed under with work. Imagine my surprise when called 2 DAYS later to be told they were both ready. Lawnmower had been thoroughly cleaned and blower which had not been working for 2 years was humming away nicely. The price for all the work was extremely competitive. Thoroughly recommend Lee and Charnwood Horticulture for all your garden machinery needs.
