Cranmore Pet Hotel
Always use Cranmore whenever we go away or in need of a trim and my dog Barney cannot love it more! The staff are always lovely and friendly and remember everything there is about your pets! Always comes home content and looking and smelling amazing too. When we are dropping him off he is pulling me towards the door as he can’t wait to see them again. Thank you Cranmore for always looking after our pup and we’ll be back each time!!

My cat Lucy was in Cranmore for 1 week for her first time. When I collected her she looked relaxed and well cared for.Definitely use it again.I was able to have a look round the facility before hand and it was really clean and cosy.

Not happy at all got our dog back after 2 week stay he had no voice and a day later we notice he started scratching his ears and thought he had a yeast infection but now realise he had mights in ears which one ear he dosent hear aswell and i was giving puppy food back when we collected him he was thinner in body i wont be back .

Used multiple times over the last seven years. Staff are lovely. Dogs enjoy it and always sleep for ages when they get home so are well exercised.

We have used Cranmore quite a few times now and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else, our dogs always come out bouncing and happy. The staff are so friendly and helpful honestly cannot recommend highly enough. If you want piece of mind that your dogs are being well looked after Cranmore is the right place for you.

I alway try to get my dogs into Cranmore if I have to go away. The dogs obviously love it there, they go in with their tails wagging! The staff are lovely and always greet us with a smile. They obviously love what they do. Great place for dogs and cats.

First time leaving 2 dogs here and was an excellent service. Price was brilliant for 2 sharing and dogs came back really clean which normally they need a good wash. Facilities looked superb and could tell they look after all the animals with great care
