One of the bald workers called Darryl jumped me in the loos of a pub in Seaford. Not very professional in my opinion. Definitely wouldn’t recommend a man who assaults people in his free time.

I requested Brothers to come and quote for a dormer roof repair as it is reaching the end of its life, it's important to note that we don't have any water ingress currently and that this is purely preventative.They were scheduled to arrive first thing on Tuesday but didn't turn up. I received a text late-morning that day to ask if they could reschedule for 7:30am Wednesday, which I agreed to.7:30am arrived and they knocked very lightly on the door, which I barely heard. When I opened the door there was nobody there. It took me a minute to realise they had already gone through the gate into the back the garden to have a look around.They started trying to quote for a full roof replacement saying the tiles are letting water in. We didn't request a full roof replacement, can't afford one right now and no other roofer has recommended this to us. Once I told them this, and that I also had other people in to quote, they seemed to lose all interest and wouldn't provide a written quote to me unless I wanted to commit to using them.Generally I found their manner to be quite unpleasant and condescending, which I found quite surprising and unnecessary. Needless to say, we will not be giving them our business.Update 07/09/2023: We have since had two more roofers who inspected the roof in several places, including the locations that brothers inspected. Both couldn't understand why we were these guys were trying to say we needed a new roof as there was nothing wrong with it.My advice would be to avoid them as either they do not have the necessary skills, or even worse they were trying to sell me something that they knew I didn't need.
