Just dropped off after having our tow vehicle and caravan recovered off of the A75 outside Dumfries and promptly taken back to Greater Glasgow area. Excellent service made most of a bad situation. Highly recommend for their professionalism and service. Thanks again.

Waited for 6.5hrs for an rac roadside recovery getting the runaround. When our hero James Cairns from parkdale chose to drive the hour just to help us. Have never been so happy to see someone 5stars all round

My passenger side wiper arm mechanism failed 300 miles from home (during storm Babet), and after 2 rather unhelpful garages turned me away, the chap here kindly lent me his tools to remove the broken arm even though he was short staffed and fitting some tyres. He even offered to help (wasn't needed), and didn't charge me. I only borrowed tools, but helpful and friendly local garage.

Just had a massive blow out on the road to Thornhill. 3 scared kids and an anxious partner doesn't make for a fun time and in the pitch black not so easy to change a tyre. Absolute legend of a guy James Cairns stopped behind me, got out and helped me, well basically changed it for me. He advised me he worked for this company, I have never dealt with the company before in all honesty, but if the staff are anything like James then I absolutely would, will and you should too. James, myself and my family can't thank you enough. Absolute gentleman, enjoy your pizza mate. You have a good one in James, Parkdale.

This place definitely isn’t the cheapest but:The workshop is cleanThe mechanics/technicians are skilledThe work they do is high qualityThe staff are polite and keep you informedI’ve used them for a few things now, ranging from fixing a puncture to fixing the cars heater to replacing its timing kit. Each time the work has been presented quickly and to a high standard. They even managed to squeeze me in before I went on holiday this year. Highly recommended

A 5 star Garage run by 5 star people. After my bike ran out of petrol nearby I pushed it to Parkdale Garage and asked if they had any petrol or if I could leave the bike there until I went and bought some. I was given use of a petrol can and courtesy car to go get the fuel. Given I was already knackered from pushing the bike this was a huge help. Can't thank Parkdale Garage enough for their friendly and helpful assistance to a complete stranger.

I had a blow out tyre on Saturday night on a small back road that was out in the sticks I was on my own and this company came out and relayed me back to home. The service was outstanding they kept me updated on ETA this kept me calm as it was late and pitch black they went above and beyond to find me as I really was in the middle of nowhere.. I cannot recommend this companys service highly enough.Thankyou
