We left our cat here for 9 nights during an October trip. When we collected our cat and took her home she settled back to her normal routines very quickly. We've kept our cat at other catteries and on our return home our cat was uneasy and restless. But thankfully we've had no problems at all on our return. We will definitely be using the cattery again without any concerns.

We’ve been boarding our dog with Paul and Ros for 7 years now. Feel comfortable about leaving him and they spoil him rotten :)Cannot recommend them enough.

My partner has taken her cat Lucy a few times there over while we were on holiday. This year after losing Lucy we took her kitten Tigi there. We tried other places but nothing equals the love , care and attention that The Springs give to animals in there care. It is evident for everyone to see, the pets look happy and contented. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.I am happy to recommend them to take your cat or dog to, sure in the knowledge your pet will be cared for.

Our go to kennels, always book as far ahead as we can to ensure we can get her in, this place is extremely popular and that's down to the owners who really do look after your pets like their own.Our dog isn't the easiest to look after but they understand her temperament and she loves going there! Highly recommend if you looking for a really good kennels.

Have used The Springs for a number of years now. The dogs love this place - it's a home from home. Never a problem if we ask the owners to keep the dogs a little longer - very accommodating. We cannot recommend these kennels enough.

They kindly booked in Toffee last minute as I had a work trip. Amazing owners and lovely kennels. Such a nice location also… 5 star all day long.

Our two cats are generally shy around other people but are comfortable to visit the springs when we are away. Belle and Adam Jr like all the treats (tuna and fresh chicken!) and the halogen lamps along with the views. We're precious about our little ones but the team at the springs are brilliant and the cats always look relaxed when we pick them back up

Our gorgeous Russian Blue Charlie stayed with Paul, Ros and the team from 23rd June - 2nd July. We were very anxious about leaving Charlie as he hadn’t stayed there for a while! I’m just delighted how Charlie seems since being back home, he’s been throughly spoilt and looked after. There are no signs of distress and he’s settled back home so well which is really comforting. We did book a double pen for Charlie to give him extra space and I can truly say worth every penny. Thank you so very much to everyone at The Springs for looking after our little fella. Thoroughly recommended xx

Left our dog Basil here for five nights . First time at a kennels . Seemed really happy when we picked him up . The owner went into detail about Basils time at The springs . Would definitely reccomend . Also look after cats which we will be doing later in the year

We were very reluctant to place our cocker spaniel in boarding kennels following a previous bad experience at another kennel, but then we were lucky to be recommended Springs!On a visit I had no qualms or concerns and did not hesitate to book our dog in. She was happy during her visit and looked very happy and well cared for when we collected her.It is definitely a home from home and Paul and Ros are like foster parents. Millie still spins her head around when we say uncle Paul! She will be back ☺
