Absolutely shocking company no communication what so ever for last 6 weeks been trying to talk to department dealing with my situation I got 4 different emails I’ve wrote to called up to 15 times to be told someone will call you by end of day started a complaint procedure and still nothing . Only positive is the reception are really polite and say there really sorry and will take it to there management but still no communication

Stay away from this company at all costs! Only thing we’ve got from them is stress. Did not explain anything at the outset. Operates through several different companies. No transparency.

From the get go, professional, proactive and communicated well.HOWEVER we did have a major hitch and that is when AABRS went from good to outstanding. I used AABRS this year to liquidate my company, from the start they were extremely helpful in outlining the process and how long things would take. Every time I had a question they would call me to go through any issues or concerns I had and this level of care and attention to detail was managed through out the whole process. I would highly recommend AABRS if your looking to liquidate your company or even if you just want to talk to them for advice on what to do.

Just had a chat with Mike from AABRS and would like to say what a professional operation this is. It was only a quick phonecall to obtain some information, but really courteous and a pleasure to talk to. If only everyone in business had his approach!!

A shockingly poor service for an exhorbitant fee! No timetable provided at the outset for the activity. No single contact point assigned so no clarity on who in the team is dealing with your work at any point in time. Almost no proactive communication to update on progress. You have to keep chasing up routinely and consistently. Not all team members follow up on questions asked. Delayed responses to emails ranging anywhere from ten days to one month to no response. A senior team member communicates very rudely with customers and could benefit from anger management counselling. Sadly, the biggest disappointment of all is Sue who does not deliver in any significant measure on the initial promise. This firm delivers very little beyond endless extra stress. A very poor experience at best. Will never be able trust a liquidator again!

Fantastic company, very helpful and sympathetic dealing with me. The whole process is a minefield but James and George talked me through it all and were patient throughout.If you’re ever in the unfortunate position to need to use these guys, rest assured they will make it as painless as possible for you.
