I've just completed my ILM Level 5 qualification with Challenge Consulting and can say its been a fantastic experience. The tutors are knowledgeable, friendly and the supporting materials provided in order to complete the assignments are first class. Would definitely recommend

I had a brilliant experience doing ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring at Challenge Consulting. The tutors shared so much knowledge and experience and I really enjoyed the in-person classes. Lots of info provided along the way, easy to get to and park, and lovely lunch as a bonus!

I completed my ILM Level 3 as part of a development programme with Challenge and found it extremely beneficial for my role. I enjoyed it so much that I went on to complete the Level 5 Leadership and Management course which was far more testing but just as enjoyable. Challenge are an excellent training provider and are able to keep the courses engaging throughout. Their training centre is great, the trainers are brilliant and they have a wide array of reference material. I would recommend Challenge to anyone looking for training in Leadership and Management.

I recently completed ILM3 Award in Leadership and Management course , and I cannot recommend Challenge Consulting highly enough! Each session was packed with information and interactive activities that really pushed me out of my comfort zone which is exactly what I needed. Fantastic training provider!I attended the Level 3 ILM -certificate in leadership and management course and have had nothing but a positive experience throughout.Everyone at Challenge is extremely friendly and will go out their way to assist you.Unfortunately half way through the course we went into Lockdown and therefore could not attend the course in person, however this did not affect how the course was ran, challenge adapted quickly and we carried out the course online for a few sessions.From a learners perspective, I did not notice a difference in my learning and was supported throughout the duration of the course.Debbie and Stuart are always extremely quick to respond to any queries.I would highly recommend Challenge Training & Consultancy so much so that have decided to go back and do my Level 5 ILM course with them.
