Great little local family run business. Rental done the way it should be stress free. Ample of options from small car to MPV and vans. Cheapest car rental you can find locally. Staff were able to locate availability during busy period and communicated over emails. Pick up was lengthy (30-45 min) as car was just being cleaned from previous rental return. Staff were actively working on systems and phones to ensure everyone gets what they are looking for. Highly recommended.

Hired two Luton vans from these guys at quite short notice due to a very annoying set of circumstances around moving house. From the moment I called in they were super helpful and easy to deal with. They were very accommodating with timings and overall made the whole hire process totally painless. Wouldn't hesitate to hire vehicles here again.

Communicated via email and was responsive within the day with rates and terms and conditions. Just a bus ride away (was by the station and bus stops) so was easy to get to (there is parking about a 5-10 min walk away if needed, around the corner, road leading away from McDonalds). Was very straight forward to hire and return. Will recommend. A+++

Very bad service from Capital. Was advised to attend before 1pm which I did and arrived at the office to find that it was closed. It is totally unacceptable considering it’s a bank holiday and now I’m left with a vehicle which I no longer need. I will not be paying extra for the vehicle as someone should have been in the office today as advised. Do not provide a time for someone to attend and then leave the office before said time. Sort it out Capital
