Called and explained to the manager I needed someone to collect bags of dry waste from my home.Company promised they would arrive in the morning and quoted £125.00.Chap turned up at 13:30 and asked me to load rubbish with him, naturally I refused as I was paying for the service. The chap rang his boss returned to my door and said he would load the rubbish but his boss had told him it would cost me extra.Sadly the rubbish is still on my property, I would not recommend this company to anyone, the service is appalling and the management are a nightmare to deal with. My advice find someone who is not afraid to offer a professional service, you're paying for it after all.

Great service from Sam in the office and the driver (didn't get his name unfortunately) - both really helpful, turned up when they said they would (early in fact) and good value. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this company. They were cheaper than others in the area and even went out of their way to remove a full skip and deliver an empty one last thing on a Friday with hardly any notice. If I need another skip it will be these I call.

What a superb company to deal with. I've recently had 2 large and 1 small skip delivered in the last 3 weeks. They were on time and delivered and picked up the skips when requested. I would highly recommend this company. Lyndon and his team are second to none. Keep up the good work

My skip was taken day before yesterday without my knowledge when it was even not half full. When I called the women just now... she did it and have napologies. I dont recommend this business. Working in building trade last 10 years and never seen someone took skip without customer knowledge. At least I can fill up if she info me but no calls or permission etc. Just took the skip..just like day light robbery when I was not on site.
