As usual useless. Trying to get a response on the phone was at least 15 minutes of wasted time. Press option buttons till the animal is dead, but at least it keeps you on the line long enough to ask for a donation.The poor Canadian Goose with a broken wing on the Llangollen canal in Chirk Bank will be flying back to Canada in Winter asking its soon to be bereaved life long partner ARE WE BACK YET? not realising that she is long home, and he has just spent two weeks flying around in circles because the RSPCA didn't bother to answer the phone.

There are OK when open but not good when not open over the weekend. As its more pets out on streets at the weekends I find myself. As rspca need to have a emergency contact number as it would help with that.

Answerphone which discouraged me from calling giving no appropriate options, then clearing the line. They clearly don't care.

I found the gentlemen very understanding, comforting and very empathetic as My cat was very unwell and had to be put to sleep. They made an awful situation easier to deal with.
