V & G Caravans

Always have my habitation checks completed at V&G. This year I've also needed a replacement Whale water heater fitting, which despite vehicle complications (thanks Bailey/Whale!) V&G were able sort and completed very efficiently. I Can't recommend them enough.

So far so good only took it in today but but very happy so far lesley addis

I took my caravan in for a service and repair to the loose heater cover. On return, the heater cover fell off completely. They had done a 'bodge job' on trying to fix.I find it difficult to hook up and was told V&G would repair either at my house or they would collect the caravan.Despite 3 phone calls, nothing has happened.In future, I will go to Pioneer in Eye. The £10 saving from V+G has cost me dearly. AVOID!

They were supposed to put new floor at the rear of Motorhome and replace the mud flaps. Finished project = cost was £2000 over the quote!! They the cut into the side wall and tried to cover up with cushions, the flooring could have been laid better than a 6 year old.They took two weeks longer than advised. Nothing to evidence the habitation test were conducted.They used up the my gas bottle from full to empty, cut through the reversing sensor and bodged the wiring and the most annoying thing.. they didn’t reply to numerous messages left for them to contact me. Made Over 20 attempts.Beware of SWEET TALK and promises. !!!Subsequently had to take to a professional dealer to make good the electrical work required.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Brilliant service. Van in and out within 24 hours, when motor mover failed. Traced to isolater switch. Asked for van to be washed, and they did a great job including the roof.

Great service been caravaning for 40 years had 7 Van's one Brand new. Took my 26 year old 2 birth classic Luna in for 2 new sky lights was in and out with in 24 hours even though the the gentleman never had one in stock. It was there the next day and he did a great job. Realy friendly and so helpful would take my van back any time or any van that I own in the future.Thank you so much for a great service.
