As previous reviewer, the same happened to us. First time buying a laptop and got sold one that did not have enough memory. Went to change it to a more expensive one but they would not as packaging open!! We were humiliated by the manager, and yes they were rude. We will never purchase from there again. The customer service on the phone is no help either.

Grantham store. Visited today 5th July 23, for a new laptop. The assistant was called Troy and he was super helpful in using his knowledge to help us choose the right one for the job within budget. Well done and many thanks

Not impressed with Curry’s @ Grantham - bought a JVC tv - no advice given to us from the sales guy - had to take it back as picture was so bad and reading all of the reviews wouldn’t have bought this one in hindsight! Anyway, today Jess has been very helpful, which is a lot more than we can say about the extremely rude Manager who has no customer service skills what so ever!!!

I buy computer and monitor on this place but monitor when put on table feel to big and decide to return and get another one in a 4 days time when ask for shop staff and managers they told me they can’t return which is just open the packaging still same as it is pack back they talk to me rudely and don’t want to talk more I show them from Google curry’s return information which tell can return until 21 days they don’t want to see this seamless manager in this store who don’t want to co-operation with his customer I never recommend this place for anyone you think if you don’t like products after you buy and open you never get refund or return and store person will not co-operat with you

Absolute rubbish service by the manager, wouldnt take a sound bar back i brought and so argumentative and unhelpful, all they are interestedin are sales figures, not helping customers, very very poor customer service. So took my soundbar back to another store and got my refund back. Wont be using currys again i'll either do what i normally do shop online amazon or ebay or go to another shop. Superb Service Section at Grantham Curry's - cannot be faulted. Excellent assistance from their staff members on every occasion I have needed to visit them which, recently, has been very frequently, due to computer problems. Assistance also received with purchase of replacement. If more than five stars were available they would receive them all. Again, superb service section and staff!

Not good. Tried to buy a telly not much luck. Took money from account but nothing delivered. No evidence of order on their system. Thank goodness for bank statements, money was returned to account eventually.
