Only giving this company one star because this is the lowest Google allows! Awful company, witnessed staff shouting at their clients and even using foul language. Carers have no respect, leave cars in street blocking drive ways. I have heard a client sounding very distressed while getting in a car- feel sorry for the neighbours!

My mother was cared for by this company and to be fair I can't fault the staff they really do go beyond the call of duty to deliver great care in short time slots but Management well that another story.... Rude, never return calls, leave clients in the dark as to what's going on, it's all about Money, Money, Money!!! They treat their staff terribly. Even the one that's a alcoholic and arrives hungover constantly to my mother's call is fed up with it all. The senior members of staff well the one I have to check she's got a pulse as she's so laid back and the other has scabby hands and I'm always having to tell her to use gloves whilst doing mom's food. Avoid!!!!

I wish to answer why has it taken so long to respond of which you have tried to take legal action over my review. I have never been upset about our daughters descions it's the way you run this company, at presant you are short staffed so you are putting my daughters health at risk because no cover for her so she has no choice and a better chance of catching covidTo go over to mix with another house hold and the local authority will not follow the guidelines over covid and you are god and will not take any criticism from anyone including staff.

Only giving one star as I can't give a minus . It is with regret that a review of this nature has to be written. After approximately 16 mths of care I received with this company I am in disbelief of how much their quality of care has diminished. For the first 12 mths of my care i could not thank Carewish enough for their quality of care and their understanding of my illness and disability. After spending 2 mths in Russell hall I was discharged back home where a care company looked after me for a few weeks but not to my satisfactionI was then the recommended to Carewish who picked up my care package with luster then unfortunately after 12 mths ive got to be honest after exceptional care their care diminished rapidly after a number of staff left their employment. For legal reasons im unable to name them but there was 4 wonderful members of staff left their employment and their care went from 10 to -1. The girls that left I feel so sorry for as the management are in my opinion Bullies and they do not deserve to be in business. Their title of Carewish should be changed to Wish 4 care. Management have not got the morals or manners to return calls that are vastly important to a wheelchair, double amputee, partially sighted client. As an example of their care I was waiting for my tuck in call and realising nobody was coming I rang on call phone to ask if I was getting a call to be told that one dosage of medication to be missed wouldn't be a problem as I had enough in my system to tide me over. This being over the festive period there was no one I could call upon to give me my medication therefore this started to set alarm bells ringing not just for myself but other clients also and from then I asked for my call times to be reduced to 2 but was surprised that myself and Dudley council were still being charged for 4 calls. I had a wonderful.morning carer who all I can say was the best hardworking and capable carer who I now believe had left the company. This company seems to encourage slap hazard workers yet doesn't appreciate the good carers in any way shape or form. After certain information coming to my attention I felt extremely vulnerable due to my underlying medical condition therefore after a discussion with one of their senior member of staff I was told what I requested could not be done (a personal carer) which is not what I requested. In my personal opinion i would not recommend this company to look after a cat or dog never mind a loved one. Shocking and Disgusting is a fair discription of this company. Profit is not a nasty word but greed is...... Also I had help to imput this review by a friend but it was written exactly as i dictated and not done as a account being used in my name. Sad that you have to make such a remark as to justify your inadequate services.

Awful company sacks you if your sick, until they find out your in a union. Always paid late. My 1st day I was supposed to shadow 2 staff I turned up and was told I was doing the shift alone with zero training including medication. Oh and FYI the glowing review left by a employee called Christine is actually a fake review shes the owner

Find it hard to believe this company is still running. Have had several members of my family in care with different companies all state that they are the best.After turning up late and alone her care worker was obviously stressed and over worked, as they rushed the appointment. Though an apology was made by the worker to the few of us that had come over for a quick visit. Hearing a review like one below giving it five stars is not what we had heard or seen from the the staff members and from my family.But then we have the review below, last I checked leaving a review for somewhere you work is pretty much guaranteed to be a lie, these reviews are ones anyone can tell is not actually about the company but based at another reviewer.As I am still in contact with one of the people who used to care for my mother in law I asked who this person was, and from what I have heard, spending most the time in the offices and probably giving herself the better rotation through the service users for the day.That being said I had my family with them for five months before enough was enough and moving them into a full time care company where staff are much more accommodating for her needs.We've had a fair few care companies in the past as with some a new face every day isn't what is best for those being care for. Especially not when controlled medicine is involved and not once was a nurse present for her medication.

I worked for this company several years ago - it was the worst job i ever had in fact when i left i literally had a mental breakdown. Foul mouthed employers treated unfairly expected to be on call 24/7 i cannot believe they’re still going. CQC need to open their eyes at their next visit speak to staff anonymously they will get the real story- as you can see from the other true reviews that speak volumes about this place AVOID!!!!. i’d like to say i can’t believe the owner wrote a review but i can- it’s all smoke n mirrors to new staff new clients & CQC but the reality is a different story!!….. make your own minds up the reviews speak for themselves. A poisonous toxic place.

Awful place to work for!! Great clients and some good staff but i can see why they have such a high turnover of staff. Issues raised over clients safety but very little done if anything at all. Avoid using this company. They also get staff to put positive reviews up to increase their ratings (I was asked twice but refused).....Why dont you contact said service user and ask him yourself? Cus you know and i know your lying as usual .. Carewish style!!! . I could put plenty on here but have instead reported yourselves to cqc and so has said service user. You state you don't have a high turnover of staff are you serious? Your turnover of poor staff is horrendous. Plus I didn't have a leaving interview. You could have a really good business if you had descent management. I have never known anyone lie as much as you lot do, anybody just reading your reviews can see it. Good job your not Pinocchio your noses would be in another country!!! Wishing you well ;0)

The most appaling service I have ever experienced.Carers are always late, management are rude on the phones, and medication sheets always have gaps. I'm not sure what this 'senior' carer has to say about electronic systems with medication but not once have I witnessed electronic records being done, it is all put down in a folder and the carers take it away every week or so.I do not blame the poor healthcare assistants for the lack of care and support, they are always stressed because they say they dont have time to get things done, and half of them are usually starving because they don't get a break! I've offered biscuits to them before because they've been on for ten plus hours and haven't had a chance to eat.I honestly will never be using this company again, and I suggest that anyone considering them doesn't too, you will regret it!
