Gorgeous studio, lovely atmosphere & fantastic ladies. Had a ball learning the choreography. It was fun & challenging, which is exactly what I’m looking for

Going to pole dolls and working with Sioned has improved my confidence and fitness massively. I cannot believe how much stronger I have became. Throughout my life, I have barely ever took an interest in fitness. I never felt comfortable exercising in front of people and would even close the blinds if I did exercises at home. I felt like exercise groups weren’t available to me as a plus size woman and definitely not something I could enjoy. However, after going to pole dolls this has completely changed. Sioned really took her time introducing me to pole fitness and I felt supported along every step of the way. Although I found it difficult at first, Sioned made sure I stayed determined to get my spins and I could not be more grateful for it. I can now do exercises that I never imagined myself doing! The groups themselves are such a supportive positive atmosphere and really allow everyone to perform without judgement. I am so happy that I started going to pole classes and stuck with it xx

Absolutely brilliant. I am not a natural but Sinead is a great teacher. She’s encouraging and tweaks lessons to help me learn in my own way. I am becoming more confident with each class.

Always wanted to learn how to pole dance and do it for fitness reasons. But never had the confidence to do so. I decided to take the plunge after poll dolls randomly popped up on my social media. I’m now taking regular classes with sioned and not only have I become a lot fitter and lost weight but my confidence has grown massively. I have found myself looking forward to my lessons and classes and love telling people about pole dolls! I would highly recommend Sioned and Pole Dolls to anyone wanting to try this out.

I was really nervous about trying pole for the first time and felt a little apprehensive about coming! But after my first class I'm hooked! I absolutely loved it! Sioned teaches at a slow pace which I appreciated never having done this before and the environment is really welcoming and inclusive!
