Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I've popped in while doing up a few old tired bikes a few times now for advice and they always take the time to explain the parts I need thoroughly and crucially they always advise on the stuff I actually need rather than just recommend I spend money unnecessarily. This has saved me a fortune over the builds and meant I've ended up with some great bikes having been able to invest wisely in the right bits. Always friendly, keep a massive stock of spares, can source anything else and the Kona bikes in there are gorgeous. My go to local bike shop.

Out for a cycle ride today & got a puncture in Chertsey. Found these guys, and they were so helpful and efficient. Not only a quick repair but also great advice on our route home. Highly recommended!

I recently placed an order for a bike, and I must say, the whole shipping process was lightning fast! Kudos to Kona Bike Shop for choosing APC Overnight as the courier for big orders like bikes. Their next-day delivery service was spot on. I was impressed by how carefully APC handled the package during transit.When the bike arrived, it was partially disassembled, with the front tire and handlebars removed. However, it was a breeze to put everything together, taking me less than 20 minutes. Just remember to have an Allen key handy, as one was not provided. The build quality of the bike is absolutely fantastic.After assembling it, I hopped on for my first ride in 10 years, and it was an incredible experience. The bike felt awesome and brought back a rush of nostalgia. A big thank you to the Kona Bike Shop!
