Richard is amazing! He’s professional, reasonable and does the job so well he never comes back!I found Richard through Yorkshire water, as I had a drippy tap, he came and did much more than expected and was such a pleasure to have around. He works very hard to a high standard and delivers. Since then I’ve used him for several other plumbing tasks all of which have been completed in a timely and efficient way to his usual high standard.He always cleans up after himself too.He will in future be helping create an en-suite and a small bathroom.Thank you Richard!

Can not get intouch with them no phone lines all gone need a damaged part replacing won't answer my email this has been ongoing for four weeks don't use them poor after sales

Called earlier today on my way home and made an enquiry about costing for repairing/replacing a leak behind my washing machine, which had sadly gone unnoticed for some time.As soon as I called I was advised of what the issue could be, and Richard immediately offered to come out and resolve the matter.The work was carried out in a timely manner, cleaned up as he went along and frankly left the scene cleaner than it was when he arrived.Whilst carrying out the repair, Richard noticed another issue with the pipe leading out from the washing machine to the outside drain.The previous owner of my home had done a terrible job of installing this pipe, if installing is what you could call it, and Richard set about resolving this issue too.The price was very reasonable and I cannot stress how happy I am with how quickly the issues were resolved.I would highly recommend him

Richard is a fantastic plumber. He’s so knowledgeable (ex plumbing teacher), capable, trustworthy and is so neat and tidy. We have used Richard on numerous jobs (big and small) and I would recommend him to anybody.
