The team did a super job installing double glazing into our existing sash windows and replacing damaged wood. The team were polite, extremely hard working and tidy in their work. Really pleased with the end result: the work was carried out sympathetically retaining the Victorian character of the windows, which we were keen to do. Will definitely use Sash Window Rescue again.

Sash Window Rescue installed two new casement windows for us, and renovated and draughtproofed an existing window. We are really pleased with the work that was done and the level of service - especially as we changed one of the jobs from a renovation to a new install part way through - which they organised and handled seamlessly. The tidying up after the work was perfect after all three visits.

From booking to repair and fitting replacement parts, the work carried out by Sash Window Rescue has been exceptional. The fitting team were speedy and efficient. All rubbish was removed and our home was cleaned to a high standard. Highly recommended

While the wood of our 100-year old casement windows was completely sound, they were draughty and needed an overhaul. Sash Window Rescue did a great job draught-proofing and retrofitting double glazed units into the original frames and Jack, their fitter, was meticulous both in his work and tidying up afterwards. Really happy with the result!

Quality of work not quite there...Nigel is a friendly chap and a good salesman/business owner who convinced/sold me on his attention to detail. Adam was a fantastic installer who was doing a good job on my windows last year. Unfortunately half way through the job he left to start his own business. When he spoke about going independent, Nigel fired him so quickly he couldn't complete my job.Nigel then sent Jack to complete the job. Jack is also very friendly, but fitted one of my windows over-weighted so it goes up half way by itself, does not go down fully because the ropes are too short, and also wrongly balanced so that it tilts to the side and rubs against the frame.To his credit, Jack can fit three small windows in under two hours. Fine if that's what you want. I'm more fussed about the quality. I wouldn't let this company back in my property unfortunately.I procrastinated on writing this review for a while and put up with my window for a year because I truly hate the idea of writing a bad review and have lots of other renovations to do, but this company really deserves one!

The company did a great job. There were some delays due to difficulties ordering glass, but once the job was underway all went smoothly and we were very pleased with the quality of workmanship. The team were considerate throughout and communicated well. Very happy to recommend this company.

We hired this company to install double glazing and draught proof our existing wooden sash windows (21) and doors (2). Jack did most of the work and he was excellent. Very hard working, communicative and detailed. Although Jack gets 5 stars, the business gets 4 as he was pulled away to work on other jobs without much warning and the project took significantly longer to complete than originally estimated. If Jack is doing the work, we would highly recommend.

I am delighted with my repaired windows, there is no more condensation or draughts. I contacted them based on a neighbour's recommendation and I cannot recommend highly enough. The guy who did mine Arran I believe was so tidy and quick.

We are very happy with the work. Nigel has some great people working with him and a special shout out to Aron and Jack who did a great job. Very punctual and extremely hard working. Really delighted with the windows, and Arran, Jack and Steff who installed, them were a very hard working, tidy group of very nice men. I can highly recommend them and the company. I had double glazed glass put into my existing Victorian sash windows. Fabulous.
