I've ordered my gas bottles and coal for years with this company, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Delivery has always been on time. I would recommend this service to anyone who is wanting gas/coal supplies at competitive rates.

Excellent fuel suppliers. Highly reccomended. Customer service is spot on, friendly knowledgeable staff who know there fuels and what will suit you best. We have a regular delivery, tipped into our bunker. We sometimes order online, and sometimes we phone up to place an order, either way, delivery is always prompt and delivered when expected. I placed my order for half pallet of smokeless coal on 5 October over the phone and the lady who took my order seemed helpful and stated I would be contacted either the day before or on the morning of the delivery to give me an approximate time for delivery.My order was booked for 14 October. My son booked the day off from work to help me with the delivery. We both sat in ALL DAY waiting for the delivery. I contacted ridge coals and was told my order was out for delivery.I rang ridge coal three times on 15 October, although the website states they are open from 7.30 nobody answered the phone.The coal was delivered at 8.15 and I had to struggle on my own to move half a ton of coal to my back garden as my son was obviously back at work.I chose this company as it was cheaper than my old supplier but I would NEVER EVER use this company again.

Received helpful, knowledgeable service from Sue at Ridge Fuels, with no hard sell which made me want to do business with them. Placed an order and again their understanding and flexibility around delivery, once the location at my property for the logs and smokeless fuel was completed, was much appreciated.
