Dishonest service.Paid £15 to have coat cleaned in this fly infested shop. Owner & lady on desk lied that it had been cleaned. Not a bit fresher than when I dropped it off.Don't touch this place with a barge pole.Dreadful way to run a business. Shame on you.been cleaned. Still had creases, fluff in the pockets & smelled of bbq smoke from the last time I wore the coat.

2nd time I've been there in the afternoon and it was closed. sign on the door both days says back at 1300. today I arrived at 1305 and stayed just in case they were running late until 1400. No one came. Tried ringing but it goes to a voicemail which is full so couldn't even leave a message.

The place is an absolute joke. Came here to use the dryers as the pictures show a good quality machine. However, on arrival I realised only 2 of the machines were working. Staff were rude and weren’t very helpful. Also very hard to understand. Put half a bag for life in of wet washing and the machine said it was too full to which the woman told me very rudely might I add. Took some items out and added more money in for it to go longer and it was finishing the cycle and it was just about luke warm. Expensive and terrible quality. I would hardly advise everyone to stay away.

I have never left a review for services before, but feel I should in this case.This dry cleaners/launderette has been in business in Paisley for many years so I assumed it would provide a high standard of service.I had a relatively expensive and new suit (£200 and only worn twice) with some dried bloodstains which I hoped would be easily removed.Normally I would call and ask cost etc as I hate being ripped off, but they were the only one open locally as it was Boxing day and I needed it done quickly.As soon as I showed the jacket I got the....that'll be difficult to remove"..." it'll need to go in by itself"..."it'll probably need done twice"....I thought here we go

Just unwrapped the 3 items I paid £20 to get dry cleaned and clearly they did nothing to the items. The blazer is covered in marks and hairs, the same as it went in on Thursday evening with. I collected on Friday around 530 (was told after 3pm) and as they were all bagged up I just hung them up as my daughter was off school due to the bank holiday until now.There is absolutely no way that these items have been dry cleaned, the dirty marks and hairs are there as proof as well as the smells of my febreeze still evident on the garments.The other 2 items - kilt like skirts still smell of the febreeze I used on them daily, they are brand new skirts and well they still feel scratchy like a newly purchased skirt does.I called the shop at 8:06 am this morning to complain and the girl there wasn't at all interested and said she could not do anything as the manager was not in. I asked her to have them call me when they do come in only to be told that I'd be best to call them after 12 today. Great customer service there!!! Not!I have been using this shop for years before the new management and always found it great at what it does, not now though, disappointing to say the least. I now have to send my daughter to school where the highest expectation and standards are expected in regards to the uniform with a blazer that is not clean.

Agreed a price for spot cleaning a dress, did the work then called to say it was an extra tenner. Wouldn't listen, couldn't accept that a price was agreed. It was paid...last time we go there...enjoy the tenner. Beware!

We needed a quick service wash for our Karate suits as we were on an international training camp for the weekend. Found these guys who did it within an hour and were so friendly and helpful -we will see you same time next year no doubt :-)

Unbelievably unprofessional place. When I called they said that they do express cleaning for extra charge but when I brought the items to them the next day I was told that they don't do express cleaning. After a lot of complaining the woman promised to have it cleaned for the next day and gave me a receipt for £12 but when I came in to collect the next day I was charged £20 instead of £12 because they said it was an express cleaning!!! Definitely not worth it as they completely rip you off and lie about their prices! I would avoid at any cost! I am definitely coming back tomorrow to speak to that manager because he left the shop as soon as I went to get more cash and the woman was completely ignoring me and had nothing to say about their scam!

So I paid for wash dry and iron, what did I get? two tshirts that have shrunk, clothes don't smell clean and nothing was ironed. I asked in the shop why they weren't on hangers if they were ironed and the lady said they were ironed and folded. Checked all my clothes and they were all creased so badly a 5 year old can tell u they are not ironed. Would help if the lady could speak English as I really struggled to get my point across in the end I gave up. Avoid like the plague, if you read my review and still go here then you must like the idea of being ripped off!
