My sister & I decided to take a DNA test to find out if we are full or half siblings. The outcome hasn’t altered the fact that we are still sisters regardless & remain very close! The first set of results came can as inconclusive, which can happen if a parents DNA sample isn’t included… this wasn’t an option for us. I was disappointed with the result so phoned Crystal Health group the next day to see if anything else could be done. I spoke to Katy who was lovely & talked me through what I could do next, & I decided to go for the enhanced test using the same samples. She was very informative & helpful but, more importantly listened to me & was very kind… she has a very smiley voice! She said the enhanced test could take 7-10 working days… I got my results back in 6 days! I am pleased with the outcome as it has laid to rest & confirmed what in my heart I knew. Thankyou Crystal Health & especially Katy for the wonderful job you do. I am very grateful!
