I brought a property through Simpson and partners and they recommended their in house mortgage advisor….NEVER will I use him again! I supplied all documents that were requested, I called a month before to chase up and was reassured everything would be done in time. It was not which resulted in me going on a standard rate mortgage (£800 more than it should have been). Then going on to deal with Barclays directly wish I’d just done that in the first place.
