I have ordered twice from Urban Herbs and on both occasions the plants have arrived within days. They are beautiful, healthy plants. I've also bought a gift voucher for a relative and she was very impressed too. Would highly recommend.

It was my first time ordering from urban herbs, they had ran out of trailing rosemary when I placed my order, I was gutted. On the off chance I quickly emailed them to ask if it was back by the time they dispatched my order could I get some and pay for it. Andrew emailed me back to say he had managed to catch my order before dispatch and popped in a couple of plants for free! Now that is exceptional customer service, it made my day by that kind gesture. My order arrived yesterday on time, packed amazingly and all the herbs were fresh, bright and smelled divine. I highly recommended urban herbs to everyone….. I will most definitely be a returning customer as they have such a variety and some herbs that I had not even heard of. Thank you Andrew and team.

Bought two lots from Urban Herbs, both fantastic condition and good delivery. I cannot wait to order again. They are going in my hanging wall garden. The thymes are my favourites and they seem quite winter hardy.

Fantastic, independent herb company. I was buying from Urban Herbs when they were exhibiting at local markets, The Good Food Show, and then through Covid when they started postal delivery! Fun and innovative company, and fair priced, delicious herbs - I haven't found the variety elsewhere. I keep going back for more!

Found buying plants online a bit but and miss with quite a few not surviving. But Urban Herbs plants are healthy and all have grown well. We have been eating them for the past month and our diet has improved Encourages us to cook fresh food and not to add seasoning full of additives. Great service and just placed our third order Free delivery if you spend over £35. Recommended

I've ordered from these guys a few times and I'm always happy with the quality of the plants! They come ready to put in the ground or in a big pot and grow really well! Lots of helpful tips on the website and social media too. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Fabulous plants! It's lovely to be able to buy unusual herbs, and they're so sturdy - they're still merrily growing in my garden. I even used some lemon thyme from Urban Herbs in my shepherd's pie for tea tonight! I'm looking forwards to buying more and adding to my collection!
