My mrs and I are expecting a baby any week now and were in desperate need of a new bigger car.Visited M53 ford birkenhead on Saturday and couldn’t have asked for a better sales man than Steve H. He really went above and beyond (with an impressive zero pressure attitude for us), to walk us through the cars, as well as ensuring that we got the best of the best for our budget requirements.We are loving the new car (focus) and would recommend this branch (and in particular Steve) to anyone.

I had the misfortune to get a slow puncture which did everything to disguise itself as valve issue. M53 Ford at Birkenhead couldn’t find it at 8:30am and sent me on my way. Needless to say puncture reminded me, that afternoon, that all was not well. Alison on the customer desk got me straight back in, same day, puncture repaired. A rather annoying bit of admin made very pleasant by Alison and Aidan who looked after me with courtesy; I was brought a coffee; I asked Alison a million questions about my car which Alison pretty much new the answers to, without having to ask around. & finally got the repair done for free due to the inconvenience of it being missed earlier that morning = Very happy punter. Thank you Alison and Aidan, good job.

Had the vehicle serviced at M53 Ford. Staff was helpful but as always charges of dealer services are quite exuberant. Overall experience was good.

Outstanding service. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel a valued customer. Prices for MOT, service, parts and labour are reasonable for a main dealer. Staff were able to arrange a courtesy car for me at short notice and same day parts to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you so much to all the staff on the front desk, in the show room and in the garage.

A shout out to the service team, after receiving a recall notice from the manufacturer I called the team and asked to book in for the necessary work. My details were taken and asked to call them the following week to see if they had got the part in. I didn’t need to, as they called me and booked me in the following week. On the day they were equally efficient, the gentleman on the service desk was polite and advised if I was happy to wait they’d jump straight on it. 10mins in and out after expecting to leave my car for the day. Can’t ask for more, thanks to Liam and the rest of the service team.

Graham was absolutely fantastic. Helped me choose the perfect car for myself and my family. Went with the Ford Kuga. Absolutely love this car, has everything I need, and more. Graham has kept me up to date every step of the way, from ordering my car, up until the day I collected my car. He was really friendly, answering any questions I had. All the staff at M53 have been so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend M53 Ford if you are looking for a new car. Fantastic dealership.

Excellent service from Steve so helpful, courteous and understanding of what we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was totally professional with his advice and assistance. The car is exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend M53ford.

Picked up my new car last week from your Birkenhead branch. Neil Lloyd and Mal Riley were excellent - nothing is ever too much trouble and always feel like a valued customer. Had a phone call to check all is ok - it’s the attention to detail and excellent customer service which has kept me buying my cars from M53 Ford for the past 30 years!
