We have moved many times and used Steven Coles and the team for years. They never let us down. This time we were on a strict time scale, and a lot of a sale isn’t down to these guys it’s waiting for searches, the sellers details etc to come through. However these guys knocked it out the park, the whole team. Communication is perfect. You are never left without an update due to the app! I cannot praise them enough, we do and will continue to recommend them. Fantastic work as always. Thank you.

We asked Hall Smith Whittingham LLP to facilitate the sale of my father in-laws house, the whole process was seamless. It was a short chain just the buyer and my father in-law however as a professional house mover I know only too well these things can be a nightmare and this was completely the opposite. As my father In-Law is 86 and tends to worry about these sorts of things a lot it was greatly appreciated that there were no issues at all. Thanks Again John Is very happy its all been sorted, hassle free.

Excellent service. We have used Hall Smith Whittingham on several occasions now with buying and selling properties. Always a pleasure dealing with them. An efficient, reliable and friendly solicitors. They are excellent with communications, and we would highly recommend. In addition to this review, our situation had changed and we moved into an Airbnb whilst our purchase was going through; very costly! Hall Smith Whittingham pushed our purchase through and we completed in 6 weeks! This saved us a fortune in Airbnb costs. We couldn`t thank them enough, as they really helped us out in a very stressful time for us.

Great service and real professionalism. Both Pat and Lisa who have between them handled two purchases, 1 sale and a freehold purchase have been great. They managed everything with the odd occasion of needing me for more information, and when bumps in the road happened they smoothed them out to make sure everything went through as required. Will definitely use HSW again.
